Most of us were taught to wait for a diagnosis before we take a symptom seriously. But the body rarely waits that long to start talking. Fatigue, tension, a racing heart before a hard conversation — these are early signals, not malfunctions.

> The body doesn't escalate to get attention. It escalates because it was ignored the first time.

Translation isn't about explaining the symptom away. It's about slowing down long enough to ask what it's actually pointing to — and trusting that the answer is knowable, even before it's confirmed by a test result.

The goal was never to control every signal your body sends. It's to build enough trust that you stop needing to.
